Thank you for shopping with Whimsical Wonders! This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will be delivered.

Processing Time

Because our products are handmade, please allow 3-7 business days for orders to be prepared before shipment.

Processing times may be extended during:

Holidays
High-volume periods
Custom or made-to-order items

We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Your location
Package weight
Selected shipping method

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed by Whimsical Wonders once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We currently ship to:

United States (all 50 states)

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Carrier issues
Weather conditions
Holidays
Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Whimsical Wonders is not responsible for:

Packages lost or stolen after delivery
Damage caused by shipping carriers

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
