Whimsical Wonders – Refund & Exchange Policy

At Whimsical Wonders, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade products. Each item is crafted with care, and we stand behind our work. Because of the nature of handmade goods, we do not offer refunds.
However, we are happy to work with you in the following situations:
1. Exchanges
We will accept exchanges only for items that have a defect or issue caused by the creator, such as:

Incorrect stitching or assembly

Broken or missing parts that were not noticed before shipping

Significant quality issues caused during production
Example:

If a leather bag arrives with a seam that came undone, we will offer a replacement or repair.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with photos of the issue. order.whimsical@gmail.com
2. Repairs
If your item is damaged or develops an issue due to a production mistake, we will repair it.

Please contact us with a description and photos of the issue. order.whimsical@gmail.com.

We may ask that you send the item back to us.

We will cover return shipping costs for items requiring repair due to our mistake.
Example:

A cotton quilted tote has a torn seam that occurred during production. Send it back to us, and we’ll repair it at no cost.
3. Customer-Caused Issues
If your item is damaged after receiving it, due to normal wear or personal use, we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or free repairs.
You may still contact us for guidance on repairs, but shipping costs and repair fees will be the customer’s responsibility. order.whimsical@gmail.com.
4. How to Contact Us
If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange or repair:

We will respond within 2–5 business days to discuss the next steps.
5. Shipping for Exchanges or Repairs

For issues caused by the creator, Whimsical Wonders will cover return shipping and replacement shipping.

For other repairs or requests outside of our responsibility, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
